"Get Johnny Reading!" is the result of the "Why Johnny Won't Read!" presentation developed by Dr. Peggy Wheelis, Annie Miers, Jan McGee, and Elizabeth Dumas for the 2006 Louisiana LAMP(Library and Media Professionals)Tour. This blog is a forum for sharing ideas and library programing used by K-12 school librarians to motivate boys and other reluctant readers to become actively engaged in reading. Comments are welcomed.
